Position Summary  

The agent, also know as Processing Technician, is is responsible for providing the post-cultivation activities and operations starting at the end of the flowering phase with the labor to support such activities. Harvest processing and preparation for packaging will be the responsibility of this position. Our ideal applicant is a self-driven, upbeat person who finds enjoyment working with plants in a structured environment and assists with harvest prep, harvesting, drying, bucking and trimming our premium cannabis. 

This position is Full-Time Monday through Friday from 7:30AM-4:15PM.

Salary

Required Skills

• Participating in cannabis harvest process including  
• Harvesting and drying wet cannabis plants 
• Accurately weigh and record post-harvest materials and manage cultivation waste 
• Cleans and sanitizes dry rooms 
• Destem Cannabis efficiently and meticulously to ensure a market quality product 
• Manicure buds carefully and quickly to meet daily/weekly quotas 
• Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in order to improve and promote efficiency  
• Maintain open communication with management team and co-workers 
• Maintain a neat and organized work area allowing for the proper segregation of materials and processes 
• Follow all SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties 
• Performs other duties as assigned 

Desired Skills

• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass a background check 
• Previous experience in a hands-on environment with high attention to detail preferred 
• High school diploma or equivalent required 
• Basic math and computer skills 
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, and resourcefulness 
• Attention to detail and ability to focus on one task for extended periods of time 
• Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment 
• Ability to work independently throughout a workday when given directives
