Description

We are hiring for a Merchandising Receivables Coordinator. You will be part of the team responsible for the tracking, billing, and collecting of retail product agreements, contracts, and promotional billing and receivables for the Merchandising Team serving over 400 convenience stores located throughout New England, New York, Virginia and Texas. This position will work with the Merchandising department, along with our vendor partners and other internal teams to ensure comprehensive and accurate billing and reconciliation of our contractual agreements.

"Gauges" of Responsibility -

  • Works with Category Management, and Vendor Partners to collect, review and obtain executed contracts and promotional agreements.
  • Reviews and enters pertinent contract and promotional information into designated systems for tracking and execution.
  • Organizes and completes timely monthly, quarterly, and annual billing for contracts, and promotions.
  • Works with accounting on timely payment collection and application.
  • Maintains and manages aging reporting and collecting with vendor partners and category management team.
  • Updates & distributes monthly Accruals/Actuals reporting.
  • Manages and completes administrative tasks as assigned by the team.

Additional Requirements

  • Advanced Excel Skills, MS Word, & Outlook.
  • Associate degree is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Willing to learn how to use Tableau to pull reports.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of accounts payable processes.
  • Exceptionally efficient at time management, consistently meeting month-end deadlines.
  • Provides backup and support to Billing & Reconciliation Generalist.
  • Perform other tasks and assignments to be determined by leadership team as a result of changing business circumstances in a spirit of continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • Ability to communicate and cultivate effective working relationships across multiple levels of an organization.
