Develop and implement labor management strategies, including workforce planning, productivity analysis, and performance-based incentives, to optimize the utilization and efficiency of warehouse personnel. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree: Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, operations, or process engineering in a warehousing/logistics environment. Strong knowledge and experience with the A3 process is a plus. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or a similar continuous improvement methodology is preferred.
