Hourly range for this position is $18.69 - 24.30

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the Imaging Aide include, but are not limited to:

Working in the radiological departments of our care centers:

Support the radiology technologists, physicians, physician assistants, and medical team.
Deliver the highest quality care to our patients.
Manage clinic flow to help guide patients safely to and from radiology exam rooms throughout the clinic during office visits.
Assist patients with changing into appropriate attire for their imaging.
Maintaining a supply of clean shorts/gowns/linens and other medical supplies as needed.
Prepare equipment and supplies in a supportive role for our X-ray team.
Verify patient identifiers.
Prepare, use, and maintain wheelchairs and assistive devices for non-ambulatory patients.
Assist with the coordinating pre-MRI safety screening imaging.
Assist radiology technologists with medical records requests.
Order and maintain clinical and office supplies and equipment.
Maintain patient files in the EHR and document as necessary.
Maintain CPR/BLS certification.
Adhere to OSHA safety rules and HIPPA regulations.
Maintain compliance with all company.
Complete duties and assist others as directed.
Must follow all policies as introduced during new associate On-Boarding, updated in real-time, and outlined in the Teammate Handbook.
Travel between clinic locations is required.

Education/Experience

Education: Must possess a high school diploma/GED or equivalent. Four-year pre-medical, pre-PA, or focus on the sciences is preferred but not mandatory. Ideal applicants are those considering a future career in healthcare.

Experience: Previous clinical experience is preferred but not required.

Certification/Licensing: CPR/BLS preferred.

Requirements:

Demonstrated passion for providing optimal patient care and/or customer service.
Previous successful experience working in a clinical setting or customer service industry.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
EMR experience is a plus.
Self-starter.
Punctual and on-time to start shift.
Ability to multitask.
