An Associate's degree (A.A./A.S.) in Supervision, Engineering, Business, Machining Technology, or similar field and seven (7) to ten (10) years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience; along with three (3) to five (5) years related experience in a supervisory role. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Capability of communicating issues clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and SAP Excellent problem-solving abilities Promotes & develops competencies of employees Equipment troubleshooting experience would be a plus
