What you will do-

Ready for an exciting opportunity with the Foot and Ankle Division. As the Associate Manager of Production for the 2nd and 3rd shifts, you'll be at the heart of our team's success! Dive into a dynamic role where you'll lead, inspire, and elevate performance across quality, WIP management, capacity planning, and more.

Your mission? To ensure our team not only meets but exceeds quality and quantity standards, delivering top-notch products that exceed expectations. But it's not just about hitting targets – you'll also play a key role in nurturing talent through innovative performance evaluations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

With your servant leadership style, you'll empower your team to reach new heights while owning and driving the evolution of our Leader Standard Work (LSW) and audit processes. This isn't just a job – it's an opportunity to make a real impact, shaping the future of our production operations.

Ready to take the lead? Your journey begins overseeing the 2nd and 3rd shifts, with a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 1 AM. Join us on this thrilling adventure as we redefine what's possible together!

Drive change where the standards do not meet proper practices

Responsible for Managing Daily Improvements (MDI) KPI’s and meetings.

Using data and other inputs, identify, prioritize, and deliver on business and customer needs, including managing Work In Progress (WIP)

Execute a 6S approach in manufacturing practices

Contribute to strategic plans and manufacturing programs including Kaizen and other lean approaches

Manage and mentor 20+ direct reports to include personal development plans and team building

Identify, prioritize and lead cost reduction initiatives to deliver on financial projections

What you need-

Bachelor's degree highly preferred; or in lieu of a degree, 6 years of equivalent experience will be considered, in addition to the requirement below

6 years of manufacturing, leadership, operations, logistics, or relevant experience -required

Experience in problem solving methods such as A3, 5 whys, Fishbone Diagram, 8 step problem solving, or 6S experience “preferred”
