Responsibilities:
- Spare parts inventory cycle counts, adjustments, and record keeping.
- Become proficient in inventory management software Maximo and Oracle PeopleSoft.
- Assist warehouse coordinator with daily tasks of receiving goods, processing issued items tickets, and keeping the warehouse neat and organized.
- Safe operation of forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
- Become proficient as vacation relief for all duties of the warehouse coordinator.
Basic Qualifications:
- Requires a high school degree or equivalent and strong computer skills.
- Requires operation of computer/office equipment, expertise with MSOffice and ability to learn diverse computer software applications as required for supporting mill material management requirements.
- Successful candidate must possess excellent communication, problem solving, analytical, team player/team builder and organizational skills.
- Math skills are required.
- Weekend/extended hours OT may be required.
- Some tasks can be physically demanding moving or require heavy lifting.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience and maintenance background a plus. Working knowledge of MAXIMO and PEOPLESOFT (or similar software) procurement processes highly desired.
