Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in technical project management.
  • 3 years of experience in Safety, EHS, or Medical Device operations.
Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree in a Management, Business, or a related field.
  • ASQ CQA, TQM certification or related experience.
  • Experience working with internal, external, and/or regulatory body auditors.
  • Experience with common controls and regulatory frameworks for Medical Devices and/or Hardware Safety.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
  • Demonstrated analytic capacity and experience adding structure in a complex, ambiguous environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000-$156,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for managing projects within team scope including planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Serve as subject matter expert and single point of contact within Customer Care product vertical for US Safety and Recall Operations. Manage and execute escalations processes within the organization.
  • Own regulatory intelligence and compliance for hardware products. Be responsible for complaint intake, tooling changes, and post-market data monitoring for Google hardware.
  • Update existing support content including process and policy documents related to Safety and Recall operations, and develop a framework for leveraging repeatable solutions.
  • Help generate metrics to measure process effectiveness and provide cross-functional partner insights. Participate in business reviews with partners to formulate risk mitigation solutions.
