You create most of the fiberglass materials you see in day-to-day life from crossarms for high line poles, broom handles, door frames, door sills and a multitude of other products. 2nd Shift Schedule: M-W 3:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m. TH 1 p.m.-10 p.m & F 1 p.m.-7 p.m. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!

Position Description – Resin Maker

Responsibilities:

  • Assembling resin formulations needed for each product we manufacture.
  • Hand measuring peroxides, pigments, and additives needed for each formulation.
  • Determining the amount of resin needed to complete each production run.
  • Weighing and logging resin remaining after each production run.
  • Maintaining a clean and efficient working environment.
  • Follow rules and policies as stated in the Employee Handbook.


 

Minimum Job Requirements
  • Above average mathematical skills
  • Ability to follow resin recipes.
  • Ability to read and understand production orders.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent use of mechanical carts to move of resin barrels.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and latex gloves.
  • Must be able to comply with the rules and policies as stated in the Employee Handbook


Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
