Post Harvest Production Supervisor - 2nd shift TerrAscend The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will oversee the post-harvest and packaging function for both non-flower and flower products in the grow facility. Resolves conflicts between people, shifts, departments, and sites. Motivates the team to always hit and exceed goals, pointing out and correcting concerns or issues. Appraises performance of employee owners within the assigned area. Gives immediate feedback on performance concerns and frequent feedback on progress. Performs Performance Evaluations each year with all EO's that cover previous year's performance (with no surprises), areas needing improvement, progress during the past year, and any personal development items that should be worked on together. Minimum Qualifications: Two year degree and a minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Effective written and verbal skills. Ability to do basic mathematical calculations, and use a calculator.
