What part will you play?


As a Workforce Planner at Diversified, your expertise will be instrumental in refining talent allocation and enhancing organizational efficiency. This crucial role demands a comprehensive understanding of workforce dynamics, exceptional analytical skills for precise forecasting, and proficient management of daily scheduling operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in workforce management tools, outstanding communication capabilities, and a strategic approach to adapt to the fluid demands of workforce planning. Your contributions will be vital in optimizing talent deployment to propel project success and foster organizational expansion.


What will you be doing?



  • Strategic Workforce Management: Direct daily scheduling and talent allocation, using a keen understanding of workforce functions and roles to support organizational objectives

  • Analytical Decision-Making: Evaluate and interpret workforce data, like headcount and turnover rates, to forecast future staffing needs and inform strategic decisions

  • Forecasting Expertise: Anticipate and plan for future workforce requirements by analyzing business trends and strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with market conditions

  • Software Proficiency: Master workforce management software and planning tools, with a readiness to swiftly adapt to new technologies

  • Communication & Collaboration: Engage with all levels of stakeholders through excellent communication, negotiate effectively, and collaboratively address staffing gaps and needs

  • Problem-Solving and Innovation: Develop innovative solutions to workforce management challenges, emphasizing practical problem-solving

  • Adaptive Planning: Adjust workforce strategies to meet changing business needs and trends, maintaining strategic alignment with the organization's goals

  • Continuous Improvement and Learning: Stay abreast of the latest workforce management trends and technologies, committed to ongoing learning.

  • Meeting Facilitation and Execution: Organize and lead meetings with clear objectives, focusing on productive discussions and strategic outcomes

  • Subcontractor Management and Recruitment Support: Oversee subcontractor negotiations, manage contractual processes, and assist with recruitment to bolster workforce capabilities


What do we require from you?



  • 1-3+ years of experience doing workforce planning or scheduling/coordinating of projects logistics

  • Expertise in using workforce management software and planning tools

  • Advanced organizational skills for daily scheduling and talent allocation

  • Experience in managing subcontractor relationships and negotiations

  • Certification in workforce planning or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience in guiding organizations through change, particularly related to workforce adjustments

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate workforce data

  • Competency in statistical analysis to interpret headcount and turnover rates

  • Experience in developing and implementing new workforce management solutions
