Job Requirement & Qualification s: • 8+ years maintenance experience is required (plant, warehouse, manufacturing environment) in which 3 years in a leadership role • Ability to read manuals, blueprint and identify parts. • Proficient in trouble shooting, repairs, installation of equipment and an expert level of PLC skills. • A thorough hands on troubleshooting knowledge of PLC RS Logix5, 500 and 5000 is highly desired • Excellent understanding of AUTOMATION is required. • Trade license 442 with Allen Bradley PLC knowledge is a MUST • A 433 Millwright license, G2 gas fitter or any other license would be an asset. • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical is required. (bearings, rollers, conveyors, wrapper, pneumatics and hydraulic system along with Gear motors, sensors, drives, VFD etc.). • Ability to stand for long periods of time, bending, lifting and moving objects with no physical limitations. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Fast learner and knowledge on continuous improvement. • Ability to work in a Medium-paced team environment and with minimal supervision • Ability to maintain high efficiencies of the lines as the quarterly bonus directly based upon the efficiency. • Since company pay quarterly bonus, a sense of urgency is highly desired in this role • Only highly skilled and qualified candidates need to apply anyone with less than 5 years’ experience will be rejected instantly.
