Parts Shipping-Receiving-Parts Counter
Job Duties:
- Responsible for shipping, receiving, checking, and storing parts
- Prepare and process various documents
- Computer entries related to shipping, receiving and inventory controls
- Responsible for promptly and courteously answering phones
- Customer service with walk in customers
- Selecting parts for Customers
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pulling part orders
- Shipping/Receiving
- Stocking
- Inventory
- Some heavy lifting - up to 80 lbs.
- Answering incoming calls
- Assist with walk-in retail customers and their purchases
- Look up and price estimates for both internal and external customers
- Handle and process all warranty requests for company
- Help with housekeeping throughout the parts department when needed, but specifically with the retail counter, will call, and front customer display areas.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Solid math skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good attendance and work ethic
- Ability to think logically and use problem solving skills
