Position Overview:
This position is responsible for the task assignment to the technicians, the calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
Job Details:
- Perform bench development test functions and debug of designs.
- Provide technician supervision including assignments, training, technical support.
- Provide lab management, test equipment management, procurement of consumables.
- May supervise electronic or lab technicians
- Manage audit requirements such as wrist strap testing
- Write, release and execute lab test protocols
- Create and release test fixture documentation
- Investigate failures from the field to identify roo cause and document investigation
Background Experience:
- AAS in electrical technology or 5-7 years or equivalent experience
- ASQ CQT Certification (American Society for Quality, Certified Quality Technician)
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary Range: $78k - $88k
