What you’ll do

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Content Quality and Transformation

Location: Newtown Square, PA

Expected Start Date: June 2024

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Our focus is to establish a strong collaboration model between cross-functional SAP Teams, that allows us to achieve a partner inclusive digital learning strategy that will steer the business and ensure scalability on:

  1. Improve digital learning experience through optimized Learning Journeys
  2. Enhance partner engagement through improved Partner Portal pages
  3. Establish a seamless partner inclusive collaboration model for digital learning & community collaboration

Our team will execute based on three core principles:

  • UPDATE - Ensure the latest digital learning materials are shared
  • OPTIMIZE - Streamline and harmonize our Partner Edge Learning Journeys and Partner Portal pages
  • REUSE - Leverage best in class content for speed & scale

In an effort to execute against this strategy, we have a strong focus on the quality and ease in consumption of our digital enablement content.

This role will work closely with Partner Digital Learning Content Leads for our solution areas along with our Partner Portal Team from our Digital Partner Office. The focus of this role is in support of the quality of these assets. SAP has quality review guidelines for externally facing content. This role will be the first level reviewer of these assets as part of a quality gate before they are published. The position will work with key stakeholders to ensure content is ready for publication in SAP’s Digital Asset Management System and the SAP Partner Portal. The function will have a direct impact on the quality of the assets we publish for our 2024 sales and enablement programs.

Additionally, as we transform our learning content to a new platform, this role may engage in support of the transition of that content to new templates to modularize and enhance the content. This part of the workstream would work closely with the Content Lead assigned to the solution area to align on strategy and specific tasks for the work effort.

Finally, this role may engage to support our Partner Delivery Groups in the SAP Community in support of content moderation, quality and reporting.

Training will be provided for the role including enablement on our tools, templates, quality/compliance guidelines etc.

  • Experience with content curation & review, especially for digital learning helpful

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 17-40 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
