Job DescriptionLocation: Georgetown, TX
Work Hours: 4-Day Workweek 8 AM to 5:30 PM within Monday - Friday.
Compensation: $100,000 to $150,000 annual salary based on experience plus generous production bonuses! Commission pay plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform precise structural repairs
- Assess damaged vehicles accurately for repair planning
- Utilize welding expertise and certifications (iCar Gold or similar)
- Proficiency in repairing newer vehicles & adhering to OEM procedures
- Collaborate effectively within a team setup
- Maintain the highest quality standards in every repair
- Invest in ongoing training, particularly welding techniques and new technologies
- Collaborate with production manager to meet customer expectations
- Adhere to safety protocols, industry regulations, and legal requirements
- Complete I-Car training as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of auto body repair experience, with structural experience
- Proficiency in repairing newer vehicles
- Relevant certifications, such as I-CAR or ASE Certifications or welding certifications are a plus
- Commitment to quality workmanship and precision in repairs
- Dedication to ongoing training and skill development, especially in welding
- Understand and follow OEM procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged periods of standing, bending, and kneeling as required for auto body repair work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Honesty, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
