Location: Santa Rosa, CA (Some travel required)

Compensation- $65k-$80k

What you’ll be doing:

Responsible for store management (lead and manage accountability) oversight of all operations for two locations in the Santa Rosa Market.
Direct and support both stores to achieve Sales, EBIDAT, and KPI's
Train and develop promotable Assistant Store Managers for in-market promotions.
Assist DM & TSM in training initiatives and projects
Policy, process, and training development
Store remerchandising and merch training
Recruiting and hiring in a difficult market
Assist DM in remote markets
Assist in new market development
Hiring for new stores
Assisting DO and PM in project follow-ups
Assist in coordinating merch delivery and set-up logistics
Inspire, motivate, lead, and develop a store team
Model and foster a consumer centric mindset within the store
Model selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers
Provide direct coaching, feedback, training, and supervision of the store staff
Open and close the store
Prepare opening and closing paperwork
Greet customers and assist customers in finding items
Answer phone courteously
Keep store neat and clean at all times
Ring sales on cash register
Process merchandise shipments
Prepare bank deposits and drop at bank
Buy change for store as needed
Process damages, to include preparation of debit memos
Supervise and assist training all personnel
Work nights and weekends
Perform other duties as assigned by your Area Manager and/or Director of Operations
Set expectations for customer engagement, store policies and procedures to appropriately manage expenses while maximizing sales and profitability

What You’ll Need:

Minimum 3-years of prior retail management experience as a Store Manager
Experience managing multiple locations
Experience staffing & recruiting
High School Diploma
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Ability to work independently and lead a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to constructively coach others to succeed
Able to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to climb a ladder
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
Standing for long periods of time
Bi-Lingual a plus
