This is an opportunity to create efficiency in a government agency through organizational assessments, workforce planning, data analysis, change management, and transformation. As a change management consultant, you'lluse your expertise to help your team assess howalternationswill impact business processes and design to develop an organizational transformation plan to support the agency. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, your team will provide your client with a holistic view of their organizationto transformtheir practices.

For this role, you will work individually and on teams to support the completion of project specific tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints and interface with the client on a day-to-day basis. In addition, you will apply your specific expertise to the practical issues you identify or those presented by the client. They also help to formulate solutions, prepare reports, studies, and documentation, and support presentations and client 'll interface with the client on a day-to-day basis, assist in identifying problems, perform technical analysis, devise feasible solutions, support the completion of project specific tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints, and support presentation and client meetings.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in performing and participating in engagements in a key project area, including organizational transformation, workforce planning, survey assessment and analysis, data analysis, communications, or change management plans

  • Knowledge of organizational assessment, data analysis, change management, and communications

  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to provide guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasks

  • Ability to assume responsibility of design, implementation, and management of projects

  • Public Trust

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or R

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
