Eastridge is seeking a Technical Support Technician for a pioneer in the medical technology sector specializing in noninvasive regenerative medicine products. Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay Rate: $20 - $24 per hour, depending on experience

Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Technical Support Technician is to manage incoming calls from patients, providing support and troubleshooting for technical issues with devices. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to maintaining positive patient relationships. The technician will also support various projects related to product development, materials, engineering, and patient care, serving as a liaison as necessary.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve technical issues, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Monitor the technical issue phone line actively.
Provide detailed troubleshooting assistance over the phone.
Ensure accurate documentation of technical issues and solutions.
Collaborate with the Lead Technician on new or recurring technical failures.
Recommend process enhancements to boost operational efficiency.
Assist with inventory management and other departmental tasks or projects as needed.

Core Competencies / Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

Knowledge of safety protocols for handling electronic devices.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in interpreting procedures and adhering to processes.
Strong communication skills for effective troubleshooting with customers.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
