*Position Overview:*
The _Account Manager_ position is primarily responsible for setting qualified appointments with business owners and business executives to review Cardone Training Programs.

*Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + As many leads as you can call + Ongoing Daily Sales Training Provided*

*Performance Expectations:*
* Minimum of 4 Hours of Talk Time Per Day
* Monday - Friday 8:20AM - 6PM
* Saturdays 8:20 AM -1PM (Mandatory for Year 1)
* Weekend Events / Workshops 1-2 Times Per Month

*Responsibilities:*
* Reaching out to CTTI database customers to create interest for CTTI products.
* Call, email and use various communication forms to identify the correct product for each client.
* Schedule virtual demonstration appointments with business owners and potential licensees.
* Exceeding sales targets set monthly and yearly by Sales Director and Team leaders.
* Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Sales Director and Executive Team.

* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
