This role is responsible for management of our web properties, UX/UI, CRO and digital design direction throughout our website, and email channels to achieve our leads and appointments a leadership role, you will lead by example in a hands-on manner, and guide the professional development and performance of your team in a fast-paced professional environment. It requires comfort with with multiple deadlines, performance goals, and keeping projects on-track, on-time, and on-target.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategy for all things web-related. Work cross-functionally across local operations, IT, and call center to optimize the website experience for existing customers and prospects. - Lead design of promotional digital tactics from initiation of project creative brief to development of tactics, approvals, deployment, measurement, and optimization - Manage & support a small team of CMS developers, prioritize projects & initiatives to best align with business goals. - Determine the scope of support necessary from other organizational departments such as the IT and global departments to support web programs and establish those relationships. - Monitoring of user recordings and heatmaps to identify potential user challenges and experience enhancements and implement findings for better user experiences measured by A/B testing and key KPI's including engagement and CRO - Identify opportunities for A/B testing, execute findings and analyze results to increase engagement as part of the global CRO program. Grow website overall CRO YOY - Run regularly scheduled web analytics reports that contribute meaningful analysis and actionable insights. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed. - Communicate to and with all levels within HearingLife and with our agency partners. - Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or a comparable field from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of four years of experience in electronic marketing and management, preferably in destination - Experience leading a team by anticipating needs and adapting to changing situations; demonstrated ability to work effectively with others, including executive team - Confident in leading digital projects, strong negotiating skills and analytical acumen. - Considerable working knowledge of website standards and best practices. - Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design - Firm understanding of front-end development and the ability to speak intelligently with web development teams - Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) - Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills - Sitecore experience a plus, but not required
