Wintek Business Solutions seeks a Network Solutions Engineer

Job duties that intrigue you include:

• Planning, designing and evaluating new and existing customer network systems and services — including local area networks, wide area networks, intranets and the Internet
• Supervising, leading and developing the network consulting team — including individual professional development, general day-to-day supervision and implementation of all services provided by the consulting team
• Providing senior-level network engineering support and design to network engineers on the consulting team
• Assisting with development of the Managed Service Program, including monitoring solutions and management systems
• Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, develop bills of material and customer quotes, and provide sales support
• Establishing and documenting network technical support processes and procedures
• Offering analytical, technical and administrative support
• Preparing and delivering technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to lead and work within a collaborative, team environment
• Expert-level experience with configuring and deploying enterprise-class networks
• Expertise in L2 / L3 switching enterprise design
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls and wireless equipment
• Familiarity with Meraki
• Experience with Cisco Security Products

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or related field
• Experience in consultative sales with IT clients
• CCNP / CCIE certification
• Experience with VMware ESXi
• Experience with Cisco Collaboration
• Experience with Cisco Wireless
• Experience in an MSP environment
