Responsibilities
Coordinate with suppliers to source and order parts requested by our customers.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of commonly requested parts.
Track and maintain accurate records of parts orders, delivery status, and customer information.
Collaborate with warehouse and shipping team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of parts.
Conduct periodic inventory audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
Assist customers with inquiries related to parts availability, pricing, and delivery times.
Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in parts facilitation or a related role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in using inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts is desirable but not required.
