Our Program and Construction Management division has an immediate need for a Construction Project Executive to oversee multiple construction programs throughout the five boroughs.
Responsibilities
- Leads internal team and collaborates with external partners to develop contractual obligations, such as estimates, schedules, staffing plan and business plan
- Responsible for the successful execution of all construction projects from inception to completion
- Oversees and assesses all components of the Project Master Schedule throughout the life-cycle of the project to ensure contractual obligations are met and to hold team members accountable to all expectations.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, building codes and safety standards
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget, on time and meeting with the highest quality and service standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance
- Communicate directly with the client
Qualifications
- 20+ years of successful construction project management experience
- Candidate should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, architecture or construction management
- Must have in depth knowledge of New York City construction market
- Experience managing an integrated team on large complex and multi-phase capital programs consisting of multiple project elements
- Demonstrated experience providing leadership of a team in an integrated project delivery organization
- Prior experience with large, public-sector projects a must

- Compensation: Minimum: $190,000; Maximum: $225,000
