Our esteemed law firm client is in search of Legal Intake Coordinator to join their new office, which boasts an exceptional view.

Our estate planning client understands that the first point of contact with their firm is crucial, and they are seeking a highly skilled Legal Intake Coordinator to join the team. In this role, you will be the empathetic voice and knowledgeable guide that helps potential clients find peace of mind in challenging situations.

*Position Overview:*

As a Legal Intake Coordinator at the firm, you will play a pivotal role in the initial stages of client engagement. This position requires a unique blend of legal understanding, exceptional interpersonal skills, and innate qualities such as empathy and critical thinking. Your role will be to make every caller feel understood, supported, and confident that they are in capable hands.

*Responsibilities:*

Client Engagement:
* Conduct empathetic and informative initial client consultations to understand their unique situations.
* Assist clients in completing essential intake forms with sensitivity to their needs.
* Ensure accurate and thorough collection of client data for attorney review.

Legal Support:
* Develop a deep understanding of estate planning concepts to provide informed responses to client inquiries.
* Collaborate closely with attorneys to assess client needs and facilitate appointments.
* Offer general information on estate planning services with clarity and assurance.

Soft Skills Emphasis:
* Serve as the primary point of contact, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy.
* Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive client experience.
* Navigate client communication channels, including phone calls and emails, with a caring approach.

Documentation and Organization:
* Maintain meticulous and organized client files, prioritizing confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.
* Assist in preparing client documentation and correspondence with attention to detail.
* Utilize the firm's case management system to track client interactions and progress.

Critical Thinking and Learning:
* Cultivate a deep understanding of our practice, clients, and how we bring peace to their lives.
* Demonstrate curiosity and critical thinking to adapt to unique client situations effectively.

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR equivalent work experience.
* Some experience working at a law firm required
* Basic understanding of estate planning concepts preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy and active listening.
* Sharp, critical thinking, and a genuine desire to help others.
* Familiarity with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $19.00 - $35.00 per hour
