Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Retail Experience, the Retail Store Projects Manager oversees the department's processes, identifies, and implements strategies for improvement. Supports the Retail Services team in ensuring store projects and retailer programs are managed and executed effectively and efficiently meeting retailer expectations.















Responsibilities









Key Responsibilities

    Store Projects - Oversee the processes related to all store projects including retailer agreements, fixture ordering process, project scheduling, store installations, invoicing, inventory forecasting, and warehouse management.

o Oversee support mailboxes: Retail Services, Ace Program, SOF Support, Exterior Sign, SOF Invoices, and Special Projects

o Provide support to team in resolving issues which arise during installation and address in a timely manner.

o Oversee installation documentation and store photos to ensure completeness and quality assurance on the day of each installation.

o Creates, executes and maintains updated specification documents for store projects.

o Participates in reoccurring vendor meetings to provide updates, receive updates, manage timelines, and respond to issues/feedback.

  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) - Manage processes in CRM related to store projects to ensure workflows are optimized. Partner with the CRM IT and Implementation team to identify opportunities, provide feedback and update process flows as needed. Create consistencies and efficiencies by identifying and creating retailer program processes to be optimized by CRM.
  • Fixture Production - Provide support to Senior Manager in the development and update to fixtures by partnering cross functionally with internal and external partners on quotes, purchase requisitions, prototypes, purchase orders, production timelines, receiving goods and invoicing.

o Liaison with vendors to ensure deliveries timelines are being met and updates are communicated.

  • Continuous Improvement and Process Development - Analyze processes, identify opportunities, implement changes that optimize efficiencies to maximize consistencies within the department.

Visit stores to gain an understanding of the differences in store types, customer segments and to identify opportunities to support retailers and the in-store experience. Collect data/feedback for improvements needed

  • Direct, develop and manage Retail Installed Services Administrator
  • Performs other duties as required














Qualifications









Required Knowledge & Desired Skills

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent business experience.( a degree in business, marketing, retail, project management)
  • Minimum 3+ years of retail experience in project management, continuous improvement, and process development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with focus on Excel, proficient in Microsoft CRM, skilled in Smartsheet project management tool, skilled in SAP
  • Detail oriented with strong organization skills with a complete understanding of visual merchandising principles.
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment while managing projects to a timeline
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting both within the marketing function, within the company, and with external agencies and customers
  • Commitment to a customer-first approach
  • Ability to travel, as needed, to visit retailers, and end users throughout North America. Travel is approximately 20%.
  • Understanding of Benjamin Moore company strategy and messaging
