We're in search of a dedicated Receptionist to join our client's close-knit team in Dayton, Ohio, on a contract-to-hire basis. Our client, a prominent player in the water/wastewater management sector, is committed to solution-driven consulting and community engagement. Don't hesitate, apply today!

Starting salary for this role is $35,000 per year, with potential for negotiation based on experience.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Qualifications:
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Effective time management and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Equivalent of two years of relevant experience handling office responsibilities and customer service
Responsibilities:
  • Answer central telephone system and greet guests
  • Provide callers with company information and directions
  • Coordinate express mail services and couriers
  • Manage office supplies ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution
  • Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying and faxing
  • Aid in planning company events
  • Perform general office duties to support front office efficiency
