We're seeking a seasoned Senior Collection Agent to join our growing team to work on high profile Banking and Utility clients. In this role, you'll leverage your experience and communication skills to recover past-due accounts while providing exceptional customer service.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English for consistent collection calls
* Superior communication, math skills to negotiate high level of problem-solving skills
* Quality assurance testing regularly

* The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* A commitment to professional, ethical and compliant collection practices
* Utilize skip tracing techniques and databases
