*Responsibilities: *
* Conduct lead research and prospecting, initiating contact with Optimy’s ideal customer profile (ICP) and buyer personas (BP) to raise awareness of the Optimy platform through effective in person prospecting, outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn correspondence.
* Develop a territory plan within your assigned regions and execute it successfully, ensuring scalability and ongoing profitability.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive sector, with a focus on e-commerce platforms for dealerships, and other service providers.
* Develop and cultivate relationships with ICPs and BPs, scheduling initial meetings and expanding the client base for the sales team.
* Qualify inbound leads, understanding the needs and challenges of prospective customers.
* Manage and track leads effectively using Hubspot, ensuring a streamlined lead pipeline.
* Educate potential customers on best practices for live engagement with website visitors using our platform.
* Provide regular feedback on interactions with the ICP and identify areas for improvement.
* Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities in the e-commerce segment.

*Qualifications: *
* 1+ years of sales experience, preferably within the Automotive industry.
* Automotive technology experience is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
* Passionate about sales, software, mobile, and technology.
* Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proven track record of achievements or competition.
