OVERVIEW

The PeoplesBank IT & DMA internship is an opportunity for the intern candidate to learn, be exposed to and develop skills in all areas of Information Technology and Data Management currently in place at PeoplesBank. Over the course of the 4-week program the candidate will have the opportunity to sit with individuals from the help desk, network/system admins, security, and data management as well as the management team of these areas and the CEO and CFO.

EXPECTATIONS

  • The intern will be on time and dressed in business casual attire during the internship.
  • As this is a 4-week period, there will be no PTO. Sick call outs will be to host, Brian Rheaume.
  • The host team will be respectful of the intern's time and not schedule work outside of the listed times, unless first verified with the intern and Human Resources.
  • The intern will not use any personal devices (cell phones) during working hours unless there is an outside family emergency. This includes not bringing in their own laptop.
  • The host team will ensure the intern and PeoplesBank team are always engaged.
  • By the end of the program the intern will give a 10-15-minute presentation to the host team. The intern will be given time during their working hours to develop and ask questions of the host team regarding the presentation.
    • Presentation will cover:
      • What was learned during the 4-week period. (10-15 minutes)
