Join our team at Staffmark's Little Rock, AR location as a Receptionist! As the welcoming face of our medical facility, you'll be instrumental in ensuring a positive experience for our patients and visitors. If you're skilled in medical office administration and thrive on providing exceptional service, we want you on our team!

Pay Rate: $16/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

As our Medical Receptionist, you'll handle a variety of administrative tasks vital to the smooth operation of our facility. This includes greeting patients and visitors, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, processing payments, assisting patients with forms and questions, transcribing doctors' notes, and maintaining cleanliness in reception areas.

Requirements:
  • Experience in medical office front desk duties, with a focus on patient interaction and maintaining professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical receptionist.
