1st Shift | 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Pay | $18 - $21 per hour (depending on experience)

Qualifications | 2 years of experience processing title transfers of automobiles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs.

The Title Clerk will process the DMV paperwork for the sale and transfer of the title to new ownership.

Essential Functions:

• Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
• Prepare tax and title documents and submit all legal transfer work to the DMV.
• Verifies that funds have been collected.
• Manage payoff checks and trade-in bills.
• Organize out-of-state titles and report the status of any missing/problem titles at the end of the month.
• Process yearly renewal of dealer tags.
• Remain up-to-date on knowledge regarding local licensing bureaus.
• Direct the title runner in daily routines.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
