Canpr, a reputable immigration services provider, is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging potential clients who require immigration services. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization and assist clients in achieving their immigration goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the immigration industry and possess exceptional sales and customer relationship management skills.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients who require immigration services, such as individuals, families, or businesses. Conduct market research to identify potential client segments and industries with a high demand for immigration services. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the immigration industry and related sectors. Reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals. Educate and inform clients about the range of immigration services offered by Canpr, including visa applications, work permits, permanent residency, citizenship, and related legal processes. Clearly articulate the benefits of working with Canpr and provide tailored solutions to meet clients' specific immigration needs. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the immigration process. Collaborate closely with the immigration team to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience. Stay updated on changes in immigration regulations, policies, and trends to provide accurate information and advice to clients. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy and growth objectives of the company.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the immigration industry, preferably in a sales or business development role. Comprehensive knowledge of immigration processes, regulations, and visa categories. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
