Job Title: Machine Operator

Hourly Rate: $18.00-$19.00/hr

Shift Times: Training will be done on the 1st shift from 5:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Once training is complete this will move to the 3rd shift from 10:00 p.m. - to 6:30 a.m.

Location: West Chester, OH

Indeed Flex is urgently hiring Machine Operators for one of their industrial clients in West Chester, OH.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of Machine Operating experience, 3-5 years preferred


• Able to work with tools such as a rod finish saw and horizontal rod straightener


• Must be able to pass the annual vision exam


• Able to regularly work on feet and stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop.


• Able to lift and move objects weighing up to 55 pounds.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate rolling/drawing machines, spooling lines, and Helicord


• Properly identify and stage scrap materials


• Create I.D. tags, labels, and bar codes for inventory


• Complete orders and inventory requests


• Maintain machinery for consistent operations
