The University of WisconsinEau Claire is accepting applications for a full-time university staff position at the Barron County Campus. Barron County Facilities: HVAC Mechanic (Job ID #20476) A full-time university staff position is available in Barron County Facilities beginning as soon as possible. The working title for this assignment is HVAC Mechanic with an official title of HVAC Mechanic. This is an expected-tocontinue assignment which requires a six-month probationary period to last at least one year. The expected hourly hiring salary will be $27/ hr. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must have knowledge and skills to troubleshoot heating, ventilating, air conditioning systems and their components, knowledge of pneumatic and electronic control systems, knowledge of hot water heating system and components, knowledge and skills to repair kitchen equipment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred qualifications include 5 years of relevant experience and experience with Honeywell automation and controls.
