Overview
The role performs the installation, maintenance, servicing, repairing, and rebuilding of all plant equipment. The role is located in Bristol, PA and reports to the Electrical Engineer.
Responsibilities
Maintenance/Reliability: Effectively troubleshoot electrical, instrument and mechanical problems in the field. Understand and follow all life-critical procedures in the execution of maintenance activities. Repair, install and service all plant equipment. Execute all tasks necessary as assigned to support plant operations. Test all work for proper operation prior to turnover to production. Provide feedback to supervision pertaining to out of calibration instrumentation and any abnormal equipment observations. Assist with PLC troubleshooting as required. Maintain a clean, organized shop and clean design practices during day-to-day work activities. Follow planning and scheduling protocols for the completion and documentation of work order status. Maintain proficiencies in the following areas: Electrical power, conduit and electrical wiring installation (hazardous and non-hazardous). General instrumentation electronic and pneumatic. Qualifications
HS Diploma and 5+ years experience in manufacturing with focus in industrial electrical. Basic skills in MS Office; knowledge of SAP preferred.
