Schedule: 1st shift
Pay rate: $25 - 29/hr.

Field Service Technician essential tasks:

  • Assist with carpentry to electrical work, plumbing, painting, and more, ensuring high-quality repairs. Maintain grounds for a professional appearance and promptly complete work orders at all assigned locations.
  • Operate efficiently in diverse environments and meet deadlines and quotas consistently.
  • Coordinate travel and supply runs optimally, prioritize completing assigned work orders.
  • Conduct monthly preventive maintenance, inspect, and maintain house equipment, ensure mechanical and electrical integrity, comply with safety regulations, and track materials meticulously.
  • With a commitment to customer service, recognize individual needs, maintain positive interactions, and uphold confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualified candidates will have three years of related experience. Requires experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and basic maintenance.
