Perform preventative maintenance: calibration, cleaning, inspection, and repairs of controls, dampers, and belts on HVAC and other major building mechanical systems and equipment.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years experience in building systems operations, commercial/industrial building maintenance, and/or HVAC and building automation systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.
