Job DescriptionDescription:Job Summary:
Services and repairs a variety of office equipment at customer locations, usually within a specific geographic area.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs a full range of servicing and repair service procedures.
- Manages territory, inventory and customer relationship.
- Performs trouble shooting and repairs or replaces equipment components as necessary.
- Completes technical training as assigned (in person and virtual).
- Interacts with external customers for the purpose of determining service needs on equipment and ensuring overall high level of customer satisfaction with the service performed.
- Has the ability to read and comprehend written technical information in the form of parts books, technical manuals and publications.
- Maintains a professional relationship with all Woodhull, LLC staff
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience:
- Requires basic technical knowledge (mechanics, electrical circuitry, electronics and computer literacy) typically gained through completion of two years of technical school.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of Service Technician work experience desired.
