Staffmark has a new, direct-hire opportunity available as a Maintenance Mechanic in Monroe, NJ, working for a market-leading supplier and manufacturer, where you can set yourself up for real success alongside highly motivated team members dedicated to making a difference!

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a maintenance role within a production or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in an extrusion or injection environment preferred
  • Strong maintenance skills including: reading blueprints/ schematics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
  • Strong mechanical and technical ability

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production, packaging, and distribution equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, process diagrams, flow diagrams, and machinery manuals
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair facility machinery and buildings
  • Service and complete preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Follow operating instructions, and safety guidelines, and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Manage/complete maintenance reports
