Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a skilled and motivated HVAC Installation Specialist, making a significant impact on residential and commercial properties. As an integral part of our team, you'll be instrumental in the flawless installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your technical prowess and meticulous attention to detail will ensure the optimal functioning of HVAC systems, all while adhering to stringent safety protocols and industry benchmarks.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate adept use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Safely and proficiently operate an array of hand, power, and pneumatic tools, including but not limited to hammers, drills, wire cutters, multimeters, voltage testers, angle grinders, soldering irons, shears, leak detectors, and brazing equipment.
• Employ safe practices with ladders, scaffolds, and step ladders.
• Interpret plans, ensuring accurate dimensions, spacing, and adherence to engineering specifications, including material requirements.
• Execute the installation of HVAC systems, encompassing furnaces, mini-splits, ductwork, line sets, fittings, and condensation pipes.
• Proficiently braze and weld pipes and fittings.
• Conduct voltage checks and pressure tests.
• Troubleshoot and rectify leaks promptly.
• Install finish materials, including grilles, access panels, and control panels.
