The College of Education & Human Development (CEHD) is seeking to hire a PC Systems Specialist Associate to provide support to the Dean's Office at Georgia State University.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
This position is responsible for managing the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and migration of computer systems and peripherals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Desktop support for PC and Apple
- Manage the installation and troubleshooting of computer software.
- General management and repair of AV equipment.
- Handle general questions from faculty and staff in regard to use of the equipment in the AV equipped rooms.
- Maintain CEHD Assets and Inventory System for the Dean's Office.
- Attend various GSU IIT meetings and training seminars.
- Perform other advanced level specialist duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and one year of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- A+ Certification is preferred
