• Maintain and repair MFPS and resolve customer complex printing issues, mentoring team members.
• Maintain effective relationships with his/her customers and sales
• On-site service of MFPs, parts management, time and call management, learning new technologies, accurate record keeping, lead product advocate meetings
• Lead referrals, assists with customer assessments and solution design
• Uses fleet reporting to influence and improve territory parts budget and inventory control
• Install and troubleshooting of complex printing and scanning solutions.
• Microsoft OS and MAC OS peer to peer and client side of server environments.
• Knowledgeable with printing from common business apps and graphics programs.
• On occasion SOW creation and follow through
• Mentors the team and shares knowledge both formally and informally

• 1-3+ years experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude
• Maintenance & repairing experience on any equipment.
• High School and Technical School graduate (or related military training)
