Description
Summary:
Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks such as installing, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of building equipment including heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing systems; maintaining grounds and perform general cleaning services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical repairs
- Perform plumbing repairs
- Performs painting, carpentry
- Performs HVAC maintenance and repair
- Performs preventive maintenance duties
- Knowledge of BMS
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Must have own tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Minimum of 5 years building maintenance, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and carpentry
