• Work with those in the home buying process to help them procure homeowners insurance - use that need to cross-sell automobile insurance and identify other opportunities such as life insurance
•  Consult with clients about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals
•  Give every client the best client service in the industry
•  Advise and educate clients on their risks and how to protect against the unexpected
•  Assist clients through the purchase process from start to finish
•  Help service your book of business as it grows

• Insurance experience is necessary  
• Experience at an Independent Agency is strongly preferred vs. captive carrier experience 
• Ability to work various schedules and be accessible to our clients after “normal business hours” 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with goals that will challenge you 
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player 
• Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude and competitive spirit 
• Desire to take your career to the next level
