We are looking for an Energy Services Engineer to join TLC Engineering Solutions (TLC) in Atlanta, GA. The Energy Services Engineer will work on a variety of energy related projects, involving energy modeling, auditing, savings analysis, and facility assessments, working independently for small projects, and under the guidance and mentorship of experienced Project Managers and Energy Engineers for larger projects. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow in your experience with the benefit of in-house coordination with multiple other disciplines. TLC provides a defined career path and training at all levels.

Qualifications You’ll Need:

• At least 4 years of progressive experience in an architectural engineering environment
• At least 2 years of experience providing Energy Services such as commissioning, energy auditing, and building performance simulation modeling (aka energy modeling)
• Extensive knowledge of building HVAC systems, electrical and lighting systems, and their functionality
• Knowledge of construction costs and life cycle analysis
• Commitment to quality service for internal / external customers

Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree in an applicable field
• Energy Management credential such as Energy Management Professional (EMP), Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
• Commissioning Certification such as CxA
• LEED AP with specialty credential
• EI or PE
