Talent Acquisition Recruiter II Rogers Behavioral Health The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for providing timely and efficient full life cycle recruitment support in alignment and support of the strategic organizational needs of Rogers Behavioral Health. Provide talent acquisition consultation to hiring leaders in areas of candidate selection, interview skills and questions, competitive job offers and the overall labor market. Deliver offers of employment competitively with a high attention to detail. Maintain accurate and up to date candidate records at all times. Works to recruit primarily high volume hourly and nonexempt positions.

Education/Training Requirements:
2-5 years of full life cycle corporate recruiting experience. Nursing experience preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or 4 years equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
