Job Description/Responsibilities









The Internal Communications & Employment Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing Internal Communication and Employment Brand strategies, in addition to supporting Enterprise Change Management initiatives.

Responsibilities

Internal Communications:

    Assist in the development and lead the execution of internal communication strategies that align with the company's objectives and enhance employee engagement.
  • Manage & optimize current communication channels as well as identify new methods to effectively reach and engage all team members.
  • Create compelling content for internal communications, including newsletters, emails, intranet posts, videos, and presentations.

Employment Branding & Marketing:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance team member engagement.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent, aligning with our employment brand.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that emphasizes employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to maximize the effectiveness of and employer branded social media platforms.

Change Management:

  • Participate in and/or lead organizational change initiatives and support transitions.
  • Provide change management support and coaching to various internal initiatives.

Communication Leadership:

  • Provide leadership to a small team as well as collaboration, coaching, and support to indirect communication resources.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence across communication resources to enable the successful execution of communication and employment brand strategies.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Utilize data and analytics to track metrics, assess program effectiveness of, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
  • Manage the budget for the function, including expenses related to communications, branding, software licenses, agency fees, and staff salaries.

Culture Development:

  • Deploy, and manage company listening strategy, creating a consistent loop of team member feedback.
  • Launch & manage the employee engagement survey, creating the strategic direction for pulse surveys, and expanding strategy to capture consistent real-time team member engagement data.
  • Foster relationships with current team members to gather testimonials and success stories that reinforce our employment brand.














Qualifications/Requirements









  • Bachelor's Degree; business, marketing, human resources, or communications-related degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct, relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written communications skills, ideally internal and/or copywriting and editing experience; ability to provide writing portfolio.
  • Must be reliable, self-directed, and demonstrate the ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences.
  • Experience with developing/planning communications strategies, including social media and employee engagement strategies.
  • Experienced in using Google Analytics and other analytical tools to develop and enhance social messaging, as well as Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Ad Manager
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing change initiatives in complex organizational environments.
  • Experience in project management and knowledge of change management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex situations, identify challenges, and develop practical solutions.
