We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our growing company in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will handle a variety of HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, policy administration, and employee relations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Post open positions and screen resumes and applications
• Interview candidates and coordinate hiring process
• Onboard new hires by conducting orientation and ensuring completion of paperwork
• Maintain employee files and records in compliance with regulations
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, implement resolutions
• Support managers with performance management processes
• Identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities
• Serve as point of contact for employee questions and concerns

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR experience
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and objectivity
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
