Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for part-time and full-time Per Diem / PRN assignments in Glendale, AZ! The ideal candidates will have at least one year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in a Rehabilitation setting.

• Employment Type: Part-Time to Full-Time Per Diem / PRN
• Location: Glendale, AZ

Pay Details:
• Hourly Pay Range: $38 - $43.75 per Hour
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Requirements:
• Must have 1 year of recent Physical Therapist Assistant experience in a Rehabilitation setting
• Active certification required
• Current BLS Certification required
